I met Dr Christopher Marshall when I was having an elective c section. He straight away made me feel calm and comfortable and explained every step along the way. When in theatre he spoke to me and my partner throughout making us feel at ease. When I said I felt sick he was quick to make me feel comfortable again. He made the whole experience so much easier Thank you!

I recently underwent surgery for a salpingectomy. I particularly remember Dr Christopher Marshall because he came to see me before surgery. My needing to have surgery was quite a shock for me, as I only found out I had an ectopic pregnancy a couple of hours prior to the surgery; but Chris made me feel completely at ease. He spoke clearly and calmly to me. He answered questions and took time with me to go through allergies etc everything was calm and not at all rushed which was reassuring for me. When I then saw him again in theatre I felt completely comfortable as I had already met him and I didn’t feel worried or panicked at all, I had complete trust in him. He was personable, professional and I’m extremely grateful for the level of care I received from Chris and every single person who I encountered throughout the whole procedure and afterwards. Cant thank you enough for the brilliant genuine care you gave me. THANK YOU.

I was extremely impressed with the Anaesthetist that looked after me after my recent ENT operation. The operation I have had done a number of times before since the condition is recurring. In the past I have had quite sever chest pains so much so that it was thought that I was having an heart attack which, fortunately, I was not. I have absolutely no recollection of being 'put under' despite my best intentions of staying with it! I was in the land of the fairies and woke up with no adverse side effects other than having been put under. I was very pleased and impressed with the very high level of anaesthesia that I received, not that I am an expert in it!

My 4 year old son was cared for by this doctor when having an adenotonsillectomy. He explained everything perfectly and has a very reassuring and caring personality, even my son commented on what a nice man he is. I was extremely anxious about my son being put under general anaesthetic but Dr Marshall is amazing and left me feeling confident. Once in the room whilst my son was being put under I had a wobble and again, Dr Marshall (along with the rest of the team) was reassuring and kept me calm to enable my son to stay calm. In addition he caught me after we had collected my son from recovery to tell me how well everything had gone, how well my son had done and how well I’d done as a mother. I have no constructive criticism at all and would recommend him to anybody. Thank you so much again.
